One of the rhythms that is life-giving for a Christian is prayer. Prayer is our God connection for daily life. Praying in the spirit (Tongues) is an amazing gift that God has given us that enables us to pray without ceasing. Paul said that, he who speaks in tongues edifies himself (1 Cor 14:4). There are so many amazing benefits from praying in the spirit.
